2012-09-23 On September 23, representative of "Georgian Dream" in the District Election Commission, Kakha Jorjoliani was arrested for hooliganism. The reason for the detention was named Zhorzholiani's verbal dispute with Archil Sophromadze, representative of CEC in the same district commission.
