2016-10-30 At the polling station #72 of the majoritarian district #66 the special envelopes included the voter invitation cards (voter`s name, last name, the number of voter on the list of voters) along with the ballot papers. In some cases special envelope included the signed statements identifying the voter. By 21:45 PM, ISFED observer identified 35 such envelopes. The complaint was filed at DEC requesting annulment of the polling results.
