2018-11-28 At the polling station #20, the observer Tinatin Kakachia (civil alliance “development) hindered entry of the representative of the ISFED mobile group – Data Akubardia to the polling station. The note was made in the logbook and the chairman of the commission gave instructions to Tinatin Kakachia. Violation took place at 10:25am.
