2020-07-09 In March, MP Elguja Gotsiridze allocated 100 000 laris for helping Tkibuli residents. Within the program (from announcement of the pandemic through May), 250 families received financial assistance. He applied to Tkibuli Municipality City Hall, Sakrebulo and administration of the mine with a request to determine criteria for provision of aid, in order to ensure transparency of spending of funds. Some individuals went to the office of the MP’s bureau to get the money. They received assistance from the bureau employees, MP himself and the chairperson of Sakrebulo. In addition, MP personally visited some families to provide the assistance.
