According to GD Executive Secretary Irakli Kobakhidze, on October 21, someone fired shots outside the Georgian Dream office. As a result, several individuals were wounded and hospitalized. Kobakhidze said this was a grave provocation and called upon the law enforcement agencies to take prompt measures to address the incident.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation was launched under Articles 117 and 236 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, involving intentional infliction of damage to someone’s health and illegal acquisition/storage/carriage of firearms, respectively.
