2020-10-26 On October 25, Khelvachauri Mayor Jumber Vardmanidze used a vehicle owned by the Mayor’s Office to attend a campaign meeting of the Georgian Dream in village Chkhutuneti. He did not deny the report and told ISFED observer that he had the right to drive to the party meeting in the vehicle owned by the Mayor’s Office.
