2020-10-27 On October 15, near Akhmeteli Metro Station, members of the Georgian March party organized a rally against the united opposition candidate, Nika Melia. They were holding a poster of Nika Melia and Mikheil Saakashvili, with the following inscription: "I don’t need a vote from those who don’t recognize the LGBT community as equal.” Later, they set the poster on fire. The rally participants were aggressive and used obscene expressions.
