2020-10-27 On October 5, Bidzina Ivanishvili and the Cartu Foundation transferred the land plot of a former hippodrome in Saburtalo to Tbilisi Municipality free of charge. In addition, the Cartu Foundation undertook to build a new, multi-functional recreational zone – Tbilisi Central Park there.
