2020-11-19 At the polling station # 9 of Dmanisi District, the PEC Chairperson and the PEC Secretary refused to give copies of summary protocols to ISFED observer. ISFED requested administrative responsibility of the PEC Chairperson and the Secretary, but the request was not satisfied by the DEC.
