2020-11-20 At the polling station # 9 of Ninotsminda District, the rule of casting of lots was violated at 7:30 a.m. The PEC members exchanged the pieces of paper with functions indicated among each other instead of holding casting of lots. No casting of lots was re-held either. Complaint was not registered.
