2020-11-20 At the polling station #69 of Kutaisi District, ISFED mobile group filed a complaint regarding restriction of the right to observe of ISFED observer. In specifics, the PEC revealed the Counters without holding the casting of lots that resulted in a remark made by ISFED observer calling the PEC to respect the procedures. The representative of "Georgian Dream" verbally insulted the observer and attempted to insult physically as well. The PEC members made it impossible for the observer to exercise observer`s rights to observe by acting in an aggressive way instead of respecting the observer`s guaranteed right to observe. Aggressive behavior of the PEC was expressed in shouting at the observer, verbally insulting, reproaching, trying to shame the observer. Every PEC member was part of the above-mentioned process.
