2020-12-02 The protocol amending the majoritarian summary protocol of Rustavi 89th polling station changed the number of voter signatures and instead of 36, it says 76. Therefore, it does not fit the balance, because in this case the proportional protocol changes and exceeds the sum of subjects and invalidations by 40.
