Manana Barbakadze, chairwoman of Kharagauli Municipality City Council and the Gender Council in the same municipality used discriminatory and insulting language on Facebook when commenting Elene Khoshtaria’s act of colouring the building of Administration of Government with red paint.

The comment of the mayor`s representative in Vardzia administrative unit, Mzekala Glunchadze while assessing the July 5 events was also discriminatory on the grounds of homophobia and gender. The text also contained a call for violence.
