2021-09-05 On 18 August, during working hours, at about 3:15 pm, Tornike Tikadze, Assistant to the incumbent mayor and Georgian Dream mayoral candidate Alexander Sarishvili, was spotted in the yard of the Georgian Dream local organization and election headquarters.
