2012-07-14 On July 14, 2012, activists of the Georgian Dream put up posters in the city of Kaspi about time and place of an assembly to be held in Gori. The very same day, a group of young men appeared in Kaspi, who were tearing down the posters. The men who were tearing down the posters of the Georgian Dream were driving cars of local self-government officials throughout the day. Specifically, video footage shows Mirian Berianidze, a trustee of the city of Kaspi, driving the car himself, and Mishka Merebashvili, who works at various positions at logistics department of Kaspi Municipality Gamgeoba .
