2013-08-04 On August 2, ISFED’s LTO visited the administration of Kobuleti District Hospital to verify a report of alleged illegal dismissal from work. As manager was not in his office, the observer tried to interview head of the office of correspondence and personal administration, Naira Pkhakadze, who categorically refused to provide any information. The observer tried to interview a driver at the emergency medical service but a security officer forced her out of the hospital premises in an aggressive manner.
