Control ballot paper was placed into the ballot box and mobile ballot box without the information of the first elector, at #65 PEC, in Kutaisi. Third control ballot paper, which is kept with the PEC chairperson, was signed by the first elector. Above mentioned can be considered as a ground for annulment of the precinct. Incident was noted in the logbook and requested for revising the results....

Procedural violation was observed in #65 polling station. Particularly, control ballot paper was not filled in properly - it was placed in the ballot paper without filling first elector's first name, last name and all the necessary information.
