On September 26 Davit Tevzadze- head of staff at Kakhi Kaladze office in Samtredia was arrested. The concrete reasons for his arrest was unknown, but later found out that Tevzadze was sentenced with 166 and 173 articles of Code of Administrative Offences, which refers to the hooliganism and disobedience to lawful demands. Court has sentenced 60 days of administrative detention....

On September 23, representative of "Georgian Dream" in the District Election Commission, Kakha Jorjoliani was arrested for hooliganism. The reason for the detention was named Zhorzholiani's verbal dispute with Archil Sophromadze, representative of CEC in the same district commission. On August 22, 2012, members of the coalition Georgian Dream held an assembly outside Bolnisi court to protest detention of their supporter Noe Akhashvili. The trial was held on August 22, 2012.
