2016-05-22 Tskaltubo DEP#38.17, PEC#49. PEC Secretary didn`t fill out the control paper properly - the address of the first voter wasn`t written on the control paper. Furthermore, the process of casting ballots was delayed by 20 minutes and started at 8:20 AM. A complaint was written and delivered to DEC requesting disciplinary measures against the PEC chairperson and the secretary.
