2016-10-20 Dmanisi DEC 34, PEC 22: ISFED observer was given the copy of summary protocol which was only verified with the signature and with the receipt issued by secretary and chairperson stating that the copy was authentic. The explanation was issued and stated that by the time the observer requested the certified copy of the protocol, the stamp was already sealed.
