2016-10-30 Akhaltsikhe DEC 44, PEC 28: at approximately 11:45 AM, the voter was accompanied by the unauthorized person who was conducting the photo shooting. Afterwords latter person left the precinct. ISFED observer filed a complaint at DEC.
