2018-11-19 ISFED observer was informed that under instructions of director of a soup kitchen Zaza Jgudishvili, beneficiaries of the establishment are surveyed to find out who they are voting for and lists are being prepared. The person who reported this to ISFED observer asked to remain anonymous.
