2020-09-30 On August 14, chief of staff of the Abasha municipality council, Gocha Khurtsilava visited the Georgian Dream campaign office during working hours. He asked the ISFED observer to meet there. The meeting concerned a case about official duties of the assembly chief of staff – in particular, provision of public information and transfer of a letter.
