2020-10-13 On September 16, there was a public meeting in Ninotsminda in connection to opening of an independent candidate Enzel Mkoyan’s campaign office, with participation of about 100 people. Supporters that drove to the meeting received 20 liters of fuel each at a gas station owned by Mkoyan’s family.
