2020-11-01 At Isani DEC 5, PEC 73 representative of the "Alliance of Patriots" Tengiz Kazarian, has insulted observer of ISFED and threatened to tear the ballots apart. The commission Chairperson did not ensure to protect rights of the observer and restore the order.
