2018-10-30 At PEC #15, a summery protocol did not indicate a date and a time of drawing up of counting. Respective explanatory note was drawn with respective date and time, 28 October, 20:45. As 245 voters participated in the elections, it is hard to imagine that a commission conducted all the necessary procedures within 45 minutes from the closing of the polling station, counting the votes and making a protocol....

2018-10-28 At 07:30 and 07:50 the observers (Nana Karchava, Izi Mgeladze, Alma Toidze, Roland Chkhaidze, Nino Khavtasi, Zoia Stefania, Nino Gudjabadze) were restricted to enter the polling station because they were late and the commission secretary was busy and not able to register them.
