On September 30, according to UNM’s campaign manager in Senaki Municipality, Miranda Mirtskhulava, head of the investigative department at Senaki Military Base Levan Salakaia attacked her son and threatened him with a weapon. Mirtskhulava’s son Giorgi Gogava provided the law enforcement officers with a detailed account of the incident. He said that after Salakaia demanded that Giorgi Gogava’s mother abandon her political activities, he verbally insulted and threatened him.
