2012-05-21 On April 18, 2012, the day Georgian Dream’s office in Kaspi District was opened, buses that were scheduled to leave for the district center from different villages were delayed. Municipal public transport services were also limited from 11 am to 4 pm. ISFED’s long term observer personally made contact to verify the information but the operator could not provide any reasons for the delay.
