2012-06-15 On May 20, 2012, at 00:45, head of the coalition Georgian Dream’s Khobi regional office Mamuka Kardava was driving back home when four unidentified individuals near a railroad crossing in the village of Nojikhevi, Khobi District physically attacked him. Mamuka Kardava contends that the assault was motivated by his political activities, alleging that law enforcers were involved in it.
