2012-06-15 On May 18, 2012, Irakli Alasania was holding a meeting with the population of Chaladidi village, Khobi Municipality, when ISFED’s long-term observer Maka Lataria arrived to attend the meeting. The lead specialist at the youth and sports department of Gamgeoba, Vladimer Chitanava, made threats against Maka publicly, telling her to leave the place.
