2012-08-13 On May 30 2012, Coalition Georgian Dream member, Vano Natsarashvili, was dismissed from the security service in Gurjaani. He was working in the “United Security” service from April 2012 and was appointed in Gurjaani Medical Center. Vano Natsarashvili told an ISFED long-term observer that 3 weeks prior to dismissal, security and police officers demanded that he leave Coalition Georgian Dream. If he refused, they threatened that he would lose his job. At the same time, two other employees were also dismissed from security service, but both of them were restored to the same position. Natsarashvili doesn’t have copy of his labor contract, but he explained that the contract was signed in April 2012. On June 7, 2012 Vano Natsarashvili asked for a copy of his dismissal document. General Director of “United Security“, Alexander Bibilashvili, replied on June 13 saying that Vano Natsarashvili was dismissed from work on the basis of staff reduction according to paragraph D of Article 37 of the Labor Code.
