2012-01-13 According to the Tbilisi City Assembly the information from 13 January, 2012, Mamuka Akhvlediani, the Assembly first Deputy Chairman, wished large families from Mtatsminda district a happy Old New Year and delivered tickets for circus with the New year presents to the children.
