2012-03-27 Kakha Mikaia was charged with minor hooliganism and was sentenced ten days of administrative detention. Mikaia is an active political figure in Zugdidi and such facts occurs to him rather often. After one of the hearings of Sergo Chachibaia case Mikaia was holding a march along with other activists saying in megaphone: “No to Akhalaia’s Court” when police officers arrested and charged him with petty hooliganism.
