2012-10-01 Ballot-papers for portable box were more than necessary. Chairman of PEC told the observer, that accompanying persons would be seized unnecessary ballot-papers till they leave the polling station, according to the 3-rd part of article 66 of Georgian Electoral Code. Observer made a complained. Chairman refused to fix the mentioned violation.

2012-10-01 Observers appealed with complaint to DEC. Request of the complaint was the following: sealing the portable election box and invalidation of voting result, inconsideration of those results in summary protocol.
