2012-10-01 The registrar preliminary sealed 10 majoritarian and 10 proportional bulletins, which is violation of electoral legislation of Georgia, exactly the second paragraph of article 65 of electoral code of Georgia, according to which the registrar signs and seals the bulletins, when they are given to voter. A complaint was made, according to which all of the 20 bulletins were invalidated, their sides were cut.
