2012-10-01 In list of voters were registered 17 person, who wished to vote via portable ballot box. Chairman of PEC sent 50 ballot papers with the ballot box. A complaint was made, with request of sealing the portable ballot box, and recognize the ballot papers invalid. The complaint was made to the DEC. Request was the responsibility of chairman of PEC, sealing the portable ballot box with not "invalid", invalidation of ballot-papers placed in mentioned box and consideration of the mentioned fact during making the summarizing protocol.
