2012-10-01 Voter participated in elections with the ID card, which had torn the second side, where is pointed the registration address of the person. This voter wasn't in united electoral list. Not withstanding with remark, made by observer, the chairman of PEC permitted that person to participate in elections. The complaint was made to DEC.
