2012-10-01 Observer of GYLA passed the marking procedure. After cleaning the mark with towel, the mark was erased. In order to check the mentioned fact, other observers passed the marking procedure as well. After washing hands, their marks were erased too. Complaint was made, but without any reaction from electoral administration.
