2012-10-01 The voter put two different ballot-papers in different envelopes. According to his explanation he didn't know, that it was possible to place two ballot-papers in same envelope. The member of commission, who is responsible for the envelopes couldn't react because of fast action of the voter. The violation was marked in book of records.
