2012-10-01 Chairmen of PEC and member of PEC Mr. Roshan Gajiev was giving instructions to the voters and pointing the candidate to vote for. The chairman was given remark, that he hadn't right to do this. Mr. Gajiev admitted that the voter didn't know Georgian and was his former pupil. Observer of GYLA made a complaint with request of using legal measures against the chairman of commission and member of the commission and elimination of problem.
