2012-10-01 Deputy chairman of PEC of polling station #49 of district #28 (Ms. Irma Tsamladze) has strictly reduced video-shooting, committed by observer at polling station. She used insulting expressions against the observer (I. Khekhelashvili), what became reason of clash. Complaint was made to PEC, but problem wasn't eliminated. Behavior of Ms. Tsamaladze continued. Because of this, complaint was made to DEC, with request of elimination of the mentioned problem and using disciplinary measures against relevant persons.
