2012-10-01 Chairman and secretary of PEC didn't permit the observer to make remarks in book of records. They were shouting at observer and used rude expressions. Besides of it, chairmen systematically left area of polling station and was coming back. Observer made complaint, but chairman and secretary of the commission refused to accept the complaint. Another complaint was made to DEC.
