2012-10-01 Chairman of the PEC had several ID cards. According to his explanation, those cards belonged to members of his family. One of the ID cards belonged to person, who was already dead. According to announcement of the chairman, he always keeps those cards with him. Complaint was made to DEC, with request of termination chairman's authority.
