2012-10-01 Voter came to polling station with ID card of different person. Observer pointed, that he hadn't right to vote. Registrar didn't take this remark into the consideration and permitted the voter to participate in elections. Observer says, that this wasn't a single incident and such types of violation were frequent. Complaint was made, which requested invalidation of results of polling station No:50, and using legal measures against chairman of the commission.
