2012-10-01 Chairman of polling station No:25 was systematically pressing observer of GYLA, after observer pointed chairman, that portable ballot box wasn't sealed in proper way. Chairman insulted the observer, and had attempt to use physical force against him. Chairman stroke the portable ballot box with fists, after the box was damaged. Complaint was made, which wasn't accepted by the PEC, after the observers of DEC were involved and complaint was registered in DEC. The complain requested administrative measures of legal responsibility for chairman of PEC.
