2012-10-01 17:00 The ballot box at the polling station wasn't properly sealed. At the moment of arrival of GYLA observer, chairman of PEC announced, that the violation was eliminated and the ballot box had been sealed properly. It should be mentioned, that there was a clash at the polling station and patrol police was called. DEC was applied with a complaint, which requested invalidation of results at mentioned polling station.
