2012-10-01 The mobile ballot-box was not taken out to voters. This fact was written by observer in logbook. Mobile-box was taken out from polling station at 16:00, but after call from CEC ballot-box was brought back in polling station and voters in mobile ballot box list haven't taken part in election. ISFED observer has written appeal on it.
