2013-02-28 Zugdidi – Sakrebulo is composed of 39 members and the following factions: Kolkheti – 3 members, Egrisi – 3 members, New Zugdidi – 3 members and the UNM – 13 members.

2013-01-17 In the first week of January 2013, head of the coalition “Georgian Dream” office in Zugdidi, and an acting governor at the time, instructed the employees of the apparatus and the heads of the departments to write a resignation letter, and to persuade their subordinates to follow the example. Despite the fact that all of the employees signed the resignation letters, they were instructed not to date their statements, and thus, remain in their positions and continue to sign the official documents.
