2013-02-27 February 27 Sakrebulo meeting was preceded by a strained day. The coalition for "Transparent self-government" addressed Sakrebulo with a request to make a speech during the meeting. The coalition was planning a rally outside the building of the self-government, after which they were going to get inside the building for the meeting. As the room was already full, some were not let inside to attend the meeting. They attempted to get inside anyways but intercepted by Sakrebulo employees and security officers.
