2013-03-14 March 14, 2013 rally staged outside Gamgeoba in Manavi Village had 40 participants demanding dismissal of the newly appointed trustee of Manavi, Tamar Azarashvili. Some of the rally participants alleged that data compiled by Azarashvili and her husband when they headed the commission for victims of natural disaster was inaccurate. ISFED’s coordinator personally attended the rally and interviewed Tamar Azarashvili. The latter noted that the rally had grown violent and that she was not let inside her office in the morning as participants were blocking the entrance.
